No. When you apply to a campaign, your unique tracking link is generated instantly — no waiting for admin approval. You can start sharing it immediately. Some premium campaigns may have requirements listed by the merchant, but the link is yours from the moment you apply.

Every creator gets a different link for every campaign. For example, if you and another creator both promote the same Shopee campaign, your link might be /r/shopee-sea-alfred while theirs is /r/shopee-sea-sarah. When a customer clicks your link, they are redirected to the merchant's page and the click is recorded against your account only.

Commissions are recorded in your dashboard as conversions. Once a conversion is approved (either automatically or by the merchant), it moves to your available balance. You can then request a payout. Payment method and cycle depend on the campaign — common methods include bank transfer and e-wallet.

Currently, merchants contact us directly to get set up. We create the campaign on the platform with your destination URL, commission structure, budget, and any requirements. We support four models. CPA (Cost Per Action) — you pay a fixed amount per signup, install, or specific action. CPL (Cost Per Lead) — you pay per qualified lead form submission. CPS (Cost Per Sale) — you pay a percentage of the sale value. Rev Share (Revenue Share) — you pay a recurring percentage of revenue for as long as the referred customer stays. You can also combine models for a custom structure.

A CPL (Cost Per Lead) campaign pays creators for every person who fills in a form — their name, email, phone, or any details you need. Yes, we build and host the lead capture form for you inside ReferralHub. Every submission is automatically tied to the creator who sent the lead. You get a clean, deduplicated lead list with full creator attribution.

Every creator has their own unique tracking link for your campaign. When a customer clicks and converts, we record exactly which creator's link they came from. Your dashboard shows you per-creator click counts and conversions — so you know exactly who is performing and who is not.

No. ReferralHub operates on a performance basis — you only pay commission when a real result is delivered (a signup, a sale, a lead, depending on your campaign type). Clicks alone do not cost you anything unless your commission model is click-based, which we do not offer by default.

When a customer visits a creator's referral link (e.g. referralhub.my/r/wise-alfred), our server records the click — including the referrer URL and device — before redirecting them to the merchant's destination URL. This happens in milliseconds and is invisible to the customer.

Conversions are currently recorded manually by the merchant or admin, or via a webhook notification from the merchant's payment or signup system. We are building automatic pixel-based conversion tracking — similar to how Facebook Pixel works — so conversions can be detected without manual input.

Duplicate click prevention and fraud detection are on our roadmap. Currently, every page visit is counted. For commission purposes, conversions (actual signups or purchases) are what trigger payouts — not raw clicks — so click inflation does not directly affect earnings.
